Big Apple Moving & Storage Inc. has been in operation since 1979.
What is your primary product or service?
Big Apple Moving provides both household and Commercial moving services in NYC and neighboring states, we also offer our customers packing services and packing supplies. Big Apple Moving offers short and long-term storage to our customers including overnight storage when necessary.
Big Apple Moving also offers loading and unloading services, cleanouts, furniture disposal, Art and Antique handling services and piano handling services.
Big Apple Moving also offers a White Glove Delivery Service to manufacturers of household furniture items.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
The President of Big Apple Moving worked as a mover himself and then branched out on his own, he has over 35 years experience in the moving industry.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Big Apple Moving's management truly cares about our customers and their furniture. Our President/Owner is personally involved in all complaints and recommendations. It is our goal to satisfy the customer as much as possible, it is our belief that a satisfied customer is the best form of advertising.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Big Apple Moving is presently located in the Park Slope Brooklyn area there are no plans at present to expand.
