Nerd Force is an on site computer and technology solutions company. We support small business and residential computer users nationwide by providing all of our services at our clients homes or offices.
As Your Local Technology Department our goal is to populate every neighborhood with local Certified Nerds capable of providing the highest level of computer, network and technology services including New Computer or Peripheral Installations, Wired and Wireless Networking, Troubleshooting, Repairs, Virus and Spyware Removal, Internet Security, Data Backup, Hardware and Software Installations, and One-On-One Training. Our Certified Nerds will even support devices such as MP3 Players, iPods, PDA's and Blackberries.
Our technicians hold, at the very least, an A+ Certification and can support any computer, laptop, application, or mobile device - no matter where it was purchased or what brand it is. We are not affiliated with any "big box" retailer therefore will recommend only the best products and provide the most objective solutions in the industry.

The Nerd Force specializes in on site computer and technology support, seven days a week. We provide services to thousands of customers throughout the country. You can use us on an as-needed basis or ask a Certified Nerd about our Nerd Care Support Plans, both available for a flat price.
Step 1
Simply call our award winning customer support center at 1-800-979-NERD and we'll explain our services and pricing estimate over the phone. For fast service, you may also complete our online Service Request Form.
Step 2
Our Customer Service Representative will schedule a local Certified Nerd to come on site to your location at a day and time that is convenient to you, even the same day in many cases. We do not charge for travel time and travel cost.
Your Certified Nerd will call you prior to your appointment to confirm our on site visit. Our bright yellow Nerd Mobile will then arrive on time at your home or office and, upon completion of diagnostics, the friendly Certified Nerd will present an exact price for the solution. Remember, we only charge flat fees for all of our solutions and services.
Step 3
Your computer, software, network, internet connection or other hardware are then diagnosed, repaired and tested on site and to your satisfaction. In some cases, and at no addtional cost to you, your equipment may be picked up by your Certified Nerd so that further testing or extensive repair can be performed at one of our local offices. Upon completion, a full payment is expected.
Our customer service representatives will do a follow-up call a couple of days after your appointment to ensure 100% satisfaction.
