They do not communicate. They have had my computer for almost three weeks (today is the 19th day they have had my computer) and I have had to badger them almost every day by email and telephone and they do not answer the questions I send them. It is very hard to get a price out of them and they say the part will be in tomorrow or they will 'set up a delivery tomorrow' and never call. Today, the 19th day they have had my computer, they finally called me with a price--and had the audacity to tell me that I was hard to contact, when they have had my email (which I check every day) and not sent me anything, and when they have my phone number and refuse to leave information on my voicemail--AND when I have called or emailed them every single day for a week and a half! I still have NO idea when I am getting my computer BACK, or if they even DID the repairs I asked them to do. Do NOT EVER use this shop, it's NOT express and they do NOT even give you the courtesy of informative communication--they barely communicate even if you call or email them every single day!
